With a location right by the metro, it's easy to explore popular areas like Santa Teresa and Rio Centro, and even find a nearby beach. the staff is welcoming, ready to help with activities and tours, and the breakfast is fantastic with options like freshly made French toast, banana bread, and fruit.

Despite the great amenities, there were issues with noise levels. Some rooms are located near the common area which can get loud at night.

The lack of air conditioning made the common areas uncomfortably hot during the summer. the bunk beds were a bit squeaky and made it difficult to sleep if someone was moving around.

The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful tips on how to get around this city. the hotel facilities were super clean, and the breakfast was a good spread with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, and pancakes.
